Na kolejním statku was built in 1911.

Until 1947, it was named Hálkova, after the poet and writer Vítězslav Hálek (https://whatsinapraguestreetname.com/2024/09/01/prague-2-day-171-halkova/).
‘Na kolejním statku’ translates, quite delightfully, as ‘At the college farm’, and is a reminder that Michle was owned by Prague University from 1438.
More specifically it belonged to the Kolej nejsvětější panny Marie domu Národa českého, which sounds great in English: College of the Most Holy Virgin Mary of the House of the Czech Nation.
And sounds marvellous in Latin: Collegium sanctissimae virginis Mariae domus nationis Bohemicae. What a successful post, name-wise.
Na kolejním statu features this fine building, U Černého orla (At the Black Eagle), constructed in 1909 based on a design by Josef Černý and Ludvík Melzer, and named after the pharmacy that was originally located on the ground floor.
